Structural Design Build + Development (SDB+D), established in 2008, is Austin's integrated land-through-finished-home design-build-development firm. We are City of Austin Certified as both a Builder and a Developer — one of the few firms able to guide clients through every phase of high-end residential development: land acquisition, infrastructure (water, power, sewer, OSSF), municipal entitlement and variance, financial structuring, design coordination with Austin's leading architects, and full custom construction.

We serve Austin, Westlake, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Rollingwood, Tarrytown, Pemberton Heights, Barton Creek, and the Texas Hill Country. Average contract size exceeds $500,000, with development-scale projects reaching $3,000,000+.
