SDB+D takes commercial tenant finish-outs and additions from $350,000 to $1 million: restaurants, retail spaces, and offices. We handle the City of Austin commercial plan review, permits, inspections, and the certificate of occupancy ourselves, so the tenant deals with one firm from lease to opening. Recent projects include Cafe Largesse, a first-generation restaurant build-out with full permitting, architectural and engineering design, and SBA financing; Skyline Salon; and the Hummingbird House expansion. Commercial projects can be financed through SBA or conventional loans that we arrange.
